About Peace of the Dead, a coming soon thriller short drama
Eli was once a drone operator who could end lives from behind a screen. Now transformed, he marches with infected survivors who believe a single bite can free people from fear, pain, and hostility. To frightened human camps they look like monsters; to themselves, they are offering the only peace left in a world shaped by war.
In the ruins, Eli finds a young girl who understands the bargain more clearly than anyone else. She will not trade her memories, emotions, and freedom to choose for painless calm. As a surveillance drone circles overhead and the collective closes in, Eli must decide whether salvation without selfhood is peace at all.
